  1. Your Samsung 8751 robot vacuum a catalogue 30% off special at $399.00 same item at the Good Guys for $378.00. Many of your “sale” items are easily beaten on price elsewhere. Unfortunately turns your stocktake sale into a bit of a farce if it does not reflect the best savings available for consumers.

    • Hi Mathew, Thanks for your comment. We closely monitor the market to ensure our prices reflect the best possible value for money, however due to the highly competitive nature of retailing, there will be times when other retailers can offer customers a lower price on an item. We want you to know that it is certainly not our intention to mislead our customers in any way and we’re sorry you felt that the price was excessive. We’ll certainly pass on your feedback to our electrical team so they can review your concerns.
Thanks again for your feedback Mathew, and we hope you enjoy the rest of your day.

  2. I bought Karen Walker towels in chilli (red) I think about 5 weeks ago. Washed 4-5 times and colour still runs. They ruined another set of towels and now they just look faded. Not the quality I go to Myer for.
On the bright side, I bought Sheridan in a bright yellow at the same time and totally worth it.

  3. I bought a Sunbeam Kettle two weeks ago $89.15 “on sale”. two days after receiving saw it in Big W for $84 “regular shelf price” .. hmmmmm :'(
