The ‘upside-down’ look of these blenders mean you can simply chop your ingredients, throw in the travel cup, blitz on the blender, grab your lid and go! That means no more excuses for skipping breakfast, plus you’ll be dosing yourself up with a nutritious hit of fruit and veggies before your day has even properly started #healthylifestyle

Each of these blenders feature powerful motors ranging from 250 to 350 watts, ideal for juicing, chopping and blending your everyday ingredients, plus each unit comes with at least 2 travel cups which is great if you want to make a smoothie to take to work for later in the day when 3:30-itis kicks in.

To help get you going with your new blender, here’s a few yummy recipes from Emily Von Euw’s new book ‘100 Best Juices, Smoothies and Healthy Snacks’.

banana spinach
almond dream

If you don’t want to eat a giant bag of spinach every day (who does?!) but know you should be consuming more greens,  try this recipe out. The fresh almond mylk and bananas balance out the spinach and create a creamy, sweet drink that also counts as a giant salad!

2 bananas
1 cup (165 g) frozen pineapple
2 cups (273 mL) basic mylk
4 cups (120 g) spinach
1 orange

Remove the seeds from the orange. Blend up everything until smooth and evenly colored (it’ll be a vibrant green). Slurp!

the citrus

So. Much. Citrus. Hopefully you were spared from the brain-numbing effects of a reality TV show called Jersey Shore, but sadly I was not, and I think my subconscious had something to do with naming this one. “We’ve got a sitch!”

3 grapefruits
2 lemons
2 green apples
3 oranges

Wash, peel and chop the produce as needed, removing any seeds from the fruit. Then juuuuuice!
