Jen's Favourite Christmas Cocktail
Jen's Favourite Christmas Cocktail

 

Ingredients
30ml Tequila
15ml sugar syrup
Juice from 1 ruby grapefruit
Juice from ½ a lime
Top with soda water
Garnish with sliced lime
 
Method
Fill half of a hi ball glass with ice.
Add Tequila, sugar syrup, grapefruit and lime juices.
Stir until mixed.
Top with soda water and garnish with sliced lime.
Ingredients – non-alcoholic
30ml Agave Nectar
15ml Honey
Juice from 1 ruby grapefruit
Juice from ½ a lime
Top with soda water
Garnish with sliced lime
 
Method
Fill half of a hi ball glass with ice.
Pour in Agave Nectar, honey, grapefruit and lime juices.
Stir until mixed.
Top with soda water and garnish with sliced lime.

rose grapefruit fizz

Jen's Favourite Christmas Cocktail

Ingredients
30ml Tequila
15ml ruby grapefruit juice
10ml sugar syrup
3 drops rose water
1 egg white
Dried rose petals
Sparkling rose wine

Method
Fill half a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add Tequila, grapefruit juice, rose water, sugar syrup and egg white.
Shake hard, strain and pour into champagne saucer.
Top with sparkling rose and garnish with rose petals.

Ingredients – non-alcoholic
30ml Agave Nectar
