YB J’aime takes us to the Luberon Provence for Summer

There’s a sense of fun to Yeojin Bae’s contemporary women’s line, YB J’aime, which this season embraces vibrant prints and playful trims. While her main line focuses on timeless elegance, for YB J’aime the designer allows herself to play with quirky prints and embrace a younger, more flirtatious style for a fresh take on her modern classics.

A self-confessed Francophile, Yeojin takes her cue from the effortless, nonchalant style of Parisian women, largely rejecting trends in favour of a more timeless style. For Spring Summer 2015, YB J’aime moves south to the Luberon Provence, drawing inspiration from the sprawling flower fields. Dreamy prints, fuss-free silhouettes and a vivid colour palette make for the ideal summer collection.

“YB J’aime’s exclusive prints take their cue from the countryside, with Roman horses, wild daisies and a Gallic rooster adding a sense of vibrancy.” Yeojin explains. “Loose curved hem shirt dresses, flounce blouson jumpsuits and a simple tailored short and tee conjure lissom Parisian girls in holiday mode.”

Dreaming of summer in the South of France, we can’t wait to get into these flirty dresses and embrace our inner Parisian woman!
